U.S. Senators represent their entire state, so ANYONE IN OKLAHOMA can vote for Troy in this election. You must be a registered Democrat to vote in the Democratic Primary. There are 3 Democratic candidates for U.S. Senate. If neither Troy nor either of the other two candidates receive a majority (>50%) of the votes, the two candidates receiving the highest number of votes will advance to the runoff primary election in August.
